Service Description

Enjoy 90 minutes or therapeutic yoga tailored to your needs. A detailed intake and evaluation will be considered prior to your session to be modified just for you. A combination of yin, restorative, strength and stability will be introduced as well as breath work for a balanced and mindful practice. ***By appointment only*** Prices vary. Cancellation Policy

*Deposits are required to reserve your space and are non refundable unless given 2 weeks notice of cancelation. *To reschedule please give at least 3 days notice. *Payments and deposits for workshops will be refunded if less than 4 participants register.
