Service Description

Enjoy body movement and postures with breath awareness and mindfulness tailored to meet your needs. This therapeutic yoga class welcomes you where ever you may be in your practice. Preregistration is requested, due to limited space. $15.00 per class or $50.00 5 class pass (2 month expiration).

Cancellation Policy

*Deposits are required to reserve your space and are non refundable unless given 2 weeks notice of cancelation. *To reschedule please give at least 3 days notice. *Payments and deposits for workshops will be refunded if less than 4 participants register.
