This is a great opportunity to ask any questions from a certified Childbirth Educator, Doula, and CLC. In this 4 hour class we will cover: *Mental, Physical and Emotional preparation *Understanding the stages and phases of labor *The birth partner's role and comfort measures *What to expect in the fourth trimester *An intro to breastfeeding ~Class and payment per couple ~Additional service fee included
