Learn wonderful techniques to guide you during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum phase. Class will include guided relaxations, breathing patterns to manage labor, partner's role fear releasing and so much more. Class material is included. Sessions offered in person, or virtually to honor your needs and wishes. ***By appointment only***

Cancellation Policy

*Deposits are required to reserve your space and are non refundable unless given 2 weeks notice of cancelation. *To reschedule please give at least 3 days notice. *Payments and deposits for workshops will be refunded if less than 4 participants register.
